Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is a board-certified internal medicine physician, work. Life integration researcher and the author of the successful book Sacred Rest. She has spent 20 years in clinical practice after received her B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Georgia and graduated with honors from Meharry Medical College in Nashville.
